You do
– You take over technical customer support for the entire product range of Jenaer Antriebstechnik
– In close coordination with the customer and our sales staff, you develop technical
solutions and ensure smooth commissioning
– Together with your team, you prepare customer assignments and evaluate them with a view to
innovation potential, error analysis and knowledge transfer
– You support our hardware and software development by carrying out functional tests and
independently implement customer-specific programming
You are
– Engineer, technically oriented academic or similar with several years of experience in
commissioning drive solutions
– Open-minded team player with strong communication skills and customer orientation
– Confident in the use of control software such as Codesys or Step 7, MS programs and
digital and analogue measuring devices
– A technically experienced problem solver with foresight and an analytical eye for the essentials
– Familiar with the English language and willingness to travel regularly
