YOUR TASKS:
• You will handle general administrative tasks including documentation management and coordination with other departments (Sales, Marketing, IT, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
• You will drive process optimization, implement cost reductions, and establish new processes and a reporting structure.
• You will maintain databases and filing systems (MS SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, HubSpot, etc.) both electronically and in paper form (acceptance protocols, service reports, etc.).
• You will plan our department meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on tasks.
• You will support the CTO with all operational issues and track tasks and schedules within the Technology Team.
• You will manage internal and external communication with all stakeholders (customers, partners).
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• You have completed commercial or technical training/education or have a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have professional experience in an assistant role; motivated career starters are welcome!
• Technical understanding is an advantage but not essential.
• You are an organizational talent, can prioritize and communicate very well.
• You are characterized by structured work, reliability, teamwork, a high service orientation, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• You are proficient in MS Office and willing to learn how to use other tools.
• Good German and ideally good English skills in both written and spoken form round off your profile.
