Your tasks:
– Technical and commercial customer advice and support in the internal sales department as well as support for the field service
– Development and planning of cost-optimized, technical problem solutions in the area of drive technology
– Support for existing customers and acquisition of new customers
– Processing technical and commercial offers for our customers and monitoring order processing
– Tracking important orders and projects as well as recording and processing complaints
Your qualifications:
– Technician/degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology or comparable
– Good knowledge of drive technology, automation technology, control technology and electromechanics desirable
– Knowledge of technical sales desirable
– Strong customer and service orientation
– Knowledge of how to use CRM systems is an advantage
– Knowledge of English
