– Preparation of risk analyses (DFMEA, PFMEA) and control plans (PQP) in collaboration with the development department
– Preparation of process-related documents (work and test instructions, initial sample test reports)
– Planning and monitoring of suggestions for improvements in production in collaboration with the development and production departments
– Determination of key performance indicators (KPIs) as monthly statistics
– Planning and implementation of internal and supplier audits
– Monitoring of the necessary measures and their effectiveness
