With effect from September 1st, 2022, Kontron AIS GmbH has taken over LUCOM GmbH and the merger with Kontron AIS GmbH took place on 03.08.2023. Since then, LUCOM GmbH has been operating under the new name Kontron AIS GmbH branch Fürth. This strengthens its portfolio as an IIoT solution provider for industrial software and industrial automation.
