Products for quick and simple monitoring of process-relevant parameters. These include temperatures, flow rates, consumption values, deviations or leakages of liquids, gases or pressures.
Flow sensors: media-independent monitoring of the flow rate or flow quantity.
Flow sensors are used for monitoring flow rates and flow quantities. KEYENCE’s flow sensors can be installed without interfering with the pipe system by simply clamping the sensors to the pipe from the outside. Depending on the model, the flow sensors can detect liquids or compressed air and gases and monitor them in a process-stable manner.
Pressure and air pressure sensors: pressure monitoring in pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Pressure sensors can measure the pressure of various media (gases and liquids). Since a pressure sensor can measure the pressure in the pipe of a system or device during operation, value-based condition discrimination is possible. Compared to pressure gauges, the compact pressure sensors offer greater installation flexibility. In addition to pressure readings on the main unit or amplifier, connecting the sensor to a PLC or computer allows remote monitoring of measurements from multiple pressure sensors. The data collected by the pressure sensors is also useful for trend analysis and predictive maintenance.
Temperature sensors: Non-contact or clamp-on temperature sensors for a wide variety of temperature measurement types up to 1350°C.
Component as well as media temperatures can represent important information in the ongoing production process. Our temperature sensors can record data easily and without touching the medium/component.
