S7-Automation products

The German S7 system provider INSEVIS was not only reliable able to deliver during Corona and the chip crisis, but also stands for S7 PLCs, S7 HMIs and S7 IIoT gateways made in Germany. The S7 CPUs can be programmed with Siemens SimaticManager/Classic and (!) Siemens TIA Portal and correspond to an S7-315-2PNDP in terms of command range and performance, but include CANopen, Modbus-TCP, 2 (separate) Ethernet and a serial CP with RS232 and 485. Flexibly configurable I/O modules are available onboard or remote. The compact connection of S7 PLCs with HMIs (and optionally also with I/Os) creates an S7-compatible solution for the smallest dimensions. The HMIs are configured with free software (similar to WinCCflexible) and can be duplicated remotely at no cost. Meanwhile the range will be expanded to include edge HMIs with the IoT functions of the INSEVIS gateways and automatically generated web visualisation.
The VPN-enabled INSEVIS gateways collect 2,000 data points every 100ms from up to 100 PLCs and make them available as an OPC UA server and MQTT client (pub/sub) and also include NodeRED for special customer applications.
